What is this course about?

The aim of the Graduate Certificate in Professional Sales is to enhance the ability of practitioners to provide sales professionals with the opportunity to undertake studies at postgraduate level in the area of account management.

About the course

The Graduate Certificate in Professional Sales aims to prepare graduates who are able to:

  • research a customer's business, objectives, culture and environment
  • develop sales solutions that focus on the customer's priorities
  • develop and present sales proposals and presentations that clearly, concisely, and credibly present solutions that meets the client's needs
  • define clear objectives and strategies for managing accounts .

The course is suitable for those in management roles including account managers, relationship managers, product managers and any member of the sales force aspiring to learn the objectives of this course as listed above.
