Online Education, Distance Learning & External study modes available
On completing a Graduate Diploma of Property Valuation and on satisfying industry practical experience requirements, you will be eligible to apply for registration as a property valuer and to apply to be admitted by the Australian Property Institute as an associate member (Certified Practising Valuer). Other career paths you may choose include, property analysis, property research, property investment, property manager, market researcher, land economist, property economist, consultant, portfolio manager or opportunities within property development.

The program is designed to facilitate an understanding of urban property valuation and market analysis. It will be appropriate for graduates who are seeking valuer certification by the Australian Property Institute (National) and/or registration by the Queensland Valuers Registration Board. It is intended as an Australian Property Institute upgrade program for graduates holding a partially qualifying property program. Students who hold valuer certification by the Australian Property Institute (National) and/or registration by the Queensland Valuers Registration Board are not eligible for entry to this program. Such students are encouraged to consider entry into the Master of Business (CA81) undertaken by research.
To satisfy the requirements for the award, students must complete 6 courses (48 credit points) comprising:
